Moneycorp ↑

The Costa Rica MLS (CRMLS) has become a marketing partner of Moneycorp, a leading foreign exchange and international payment services provider. In return for you or your client using Moneycorp’s services for foreign exchanges into US Dollars or Costa Rican Colones and related international transfers, Moneycorp will pay a commission to CRMLS which can be applied to your CRMLS system charges. To get started, please just contact CRMLS and we will connect you with a Moneycorp representative so you can register a client, or contact them directly using the Moneycorp widget installed on this website.

Moneycorp has designed their program to help clients exchange and move currency at the right time and rates. Services include:

Spot – Clients can buy or sell currency “on the spot” for immediate needs

Forward – Clients can fix the exchange rate at the present time for a money transfer which is planned for the future – up to two years ahead.

Regular Payment Plan (RPP) – This is a fully automated service tailor-made for hassle free repetitive transactions like foreign mortgage payments and pension transfers.

Market Orders – Stop loss and limit orders which can be placed, allowing clients to buy or sell currency when markets rates achieve desired targets.

Vacation Rentals of Tamarindo ↑

The Costa Rica MLS (CRMLS) has created a value program with Vacation Rentals of Tamarindo (VRT), the leading service for rental condominiums on Guanacaste’s North Pacific Gold Coast. CRMLS users and their families may take advantage of preferred rental rates for condominiums in the VRT system. These preferred rates are available every week of the year with the only exceptions being Christmas, New Years, and Semana Santa (Easter).

The complexes in which the preferred rates are offered include Sunrise Resort (Tamarindo), Naxos and Peninsula Resorts in Langosta, and Casa del Sol and Surfside Tower Resorts in Potrero.

Currently quoted rates for condominiums at these locations are:

Up to 5 person occupancy - $135/nt

Up to 7 person occupancy - $150/nt
